OXFORD JUNCTION--David Francis Wasoba, two-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Francis Wasoba, died Sunday afternoon in the hospital at East Moline, where he had been for the last ten days receiving treatment for pneumonia. He had seemed to be recovering, and his death came as a shock to his parents.

Body was brought to the Hayden mortuary Monday afternoon, and funeral service was held from the Sacred Heart church Wednesday morning with interment in the Mayflower cemetery.

David was born in East Moline, Aug. 26, 1943. He is survived by his parents, a brother, John, his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Rose Wasoba, DeWitt, and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Kropik, Oxford Junction.
