Funeral service for Mrs. Edith Mae Walderbach were held Wednesday morning at 9:30 o'clock at St. Patrick's church, Anamosa. Rev. J. A. McMahon officiated at the requiem Mass.
Mrs. Walderbach died of a heart attack at the home of her daughter just south of Anamosa on Sunday morning. She was the last of her immediate family.
She was born Sept. 13, 1881 and was married to Charles R. Walderbach who died Dec. 3, 1936. She was a daughter of John and Sue Farnham.
Surviving are her sons, William and Raymond, Anamosa; daughters, Mrs. Bud Cook, Anamosa; Lieut. Thelma Roessler, Lieut. Josephine Story; Mrs. Forest Martz, Cedar Rapids.
Pall bearers were Glen J. McLaughlin, John Hinz, Milton Chesire, Charles Foley, John Hanlon, and John Burke. Burial was in Holy Cross cemetery.
