ONSLOW--Funeral service for Dillon Mackrill, 63, was held last Wednesday afternoon in the Presbyterian church. Rev. Schroeder, pastor of the church, officiated.

Casket bearers were C. O. Lightfoot, George Paulsen, George French, George Sears, James Kennedy and Isaac Edwards.

Mr. Mackrill died at his home in Sioux City. A son of the late Mr. and Mrs. J. Z. Mackrill, Onslow pioneer residents, he was born and spent his boyhood on the Mackrill farm north of Onslow. For the last 30 years he has lived in South Dakota and Sioux City.

In 1903 he married Mary Sutton, also of Onslow, who survives. He also leaves two brothers, Will Mackrill, Onslow; Gene, South Dakota, and one sister, Mrs. L. C. Utley, Sioux Falls, S. Dak.

Relatives attending the funeral service included: Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Utley, Sioux Falls, and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Brown, Cedar Rapids. Burial was at Mineral cemetery, northeast of Onslow.
