Frank Hayes, 82, Anamosa, died early Thursday morning, Aug. 31, at Woodlawn Convalescent home, Waterloo.

K. C. Rosary will be recited Friday, Sept. 1, at 7:30 p.m., at McNamara Funeral home. Parish rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.

Solemn Requim High mass will be celebrated Saturday, Sept. 2, at 9:30 a.m., at St. Patrick's Catholic church. Rev. J. A. McMahon will officiate at the service, assisted by Rev. Peter Cross and Rev. Clement Burke. Burial will be in Holy Cross cemetery.

Survivors include two sons, Eugene Hayes, Colorado Springs, Colo., and Gerald Hayes, Long Beach, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Edward McAleer, Monticello, and Mrs. R. B. Wheeler, Des Moines; and one sister, Celia Hayes, Anamosa.

He ws preceded in death by his wife.
