MARTELLE--Mrs. Elsie Van Sickle, 81, Martelle, died unexpectedly Wednesday, July 4, at the home of her son, Iven, in West Branch.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 7, at 2:30 p.m., at the Goettsch Funeral home, Anamosa. Burial will be in Linn Grove cemetery.

Survivors include two sons, Iven Remington, West Branch; and Lolin Remington, Martelle; one step-son, Merle Van Sickle, Cedar Rapids; one step daughter, Mrs. James Dunn, Springville.

One brother, Elmer Rogers, Cedar Rapids, four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
