WYOMING--Henry P. J. Westphal, 53, died Monday, Dec. 29 at Mercy hospital, Anamosa, following a several weeks' illness. He was a native of Germany, coming to this community when a young man. After his marriage to Louise Buchholtz, he operated a car and radio service and this last year operated the Baldwin school district bus. He was a member of the Lutheran church.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Paul Rohwedder, Wyoming and a son, Paul, at home; two sisters, Mrs. Carl Grabbe, Anamosa, Mrs. Louise Buchholtz, Wyoming, one brother, Will, Anamosa. Mrs. Westphal died two years ago.

Funeral services were held Wednesday from the Harrington Funeral home in Wyoming with the Rev. Sommers, Olin, in charge.
