Cornelious M. Cormack, 61, died May 12, at his farm home near Monmouth. He was born at Farmersburg, IA on June 24, 1918, the son of Thomas and Lottie Koth Cormack. As a youngster he lived with his family in southern Iowa, Idaho and in the Monmouth area. He graduated from the Monmouth high school and later graduated from diesel mechanic school.

On June 22, 1952, he was married to Ruth Tomlinson near Onslow. The couple began farming north of Monmouth where they lived until the present time. He was a member of the Onslow Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Cormack is survived by his wife, Ruth, one brother, David of Monmouth, and one sister, Mrs. Grace Peralta of Cassville, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents and one infant brother.

Services will be held on Friday, May 16, at 2 p.m. at the First United Presbyterian Church of Onslow and burial will be in the South Mineral Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Earl Oswald, Robert DeMoss, Calvin Reiss, Richard DeLarm, Rufus Browne and Harry Jessen.
