Graveside services were held for Jason A. Henak, infant son of Richard and Lorna Ralston Henak Feb. 24 at the Mayflower Cemetery. He was born at University Hospitals in Iowa City Feb. 11 and died Feb. 22.

He is survived by his parents, a twin brother, Jeffrey; a sister, Charity; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Henak, Oxford Junction and Jack Ralston, Clarence; great-grandfathers, Louis Shedek, Oxford Junction, and Henry Mollenhof, Preston.
