ONSLOW--Bernard Supple was killed Monday at 12:30 p.m. when his car went into the ditch and turned over several times after leaving a gravel road three miles northeast of Onslow.

Mike Donahoe, Cascade, who was riding with Mr. Supple escaped with an injured left shoulder. Leo Duffy, Cascade, who was driving his own car and accompanying Supple and Donahoe, went into the ditch on the other side of the road and further along, but was uninjured.

Donahoe and Duffy were arrested at the scene of the accident by Deputy Sheriff Roy D. Cooley and taken before Justice R. D. McIntyre at Anamosa to face charges Monday afternoon.

Service for Bernard Supple, 25, who was killed Monday afternoon when his car overturned northeast of Onslow, was held Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Peter's church, Temple Hill. Rev. Eugene Lorenz read the service. Burial was in St. Peter's cemetery.

Bernard is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Supple, Onslow; two brothers, Lewis and Leo, at home; and five sisters, Mrs. Sally Featherson, Mrs. Bernard and Mrs. Agnes Furmann, all of Chicago; Mrs. Herbert Duffy, Cedar Rapids, and Mrs. Michael Donahoe, Cascade.
