WYOMING--Funeral services for Herman H. Seehusen, 68, of 1619 I Ave., N.E., Cedar Rapids, former Wyoming and Onslow area resident, who died Wednesday evening, Nov. 15, at St. Luke's hospital, Cedar Rapids, were held in the Wallace Funeral home, Wyoming, Saturday, Nov. 13, at 2:30 p.m. Rev. Richard Bower, Cedar Rapids, was clergyman.

Pallbearers were John Hinrichs, Allison Fishwild, Herman Schoor, Claire F. Westphal, John Hinrichs, Henry Moenck.

Mrs. Lola Wantz was organist and accompanied Junior Hicks, soloist.

Interment was in the Wyoming cemetery.

Herman Seehusen, son of Henry and Marguerita Ahlrich Seehusen, was born Aug. 30, 1893 at Scotch Grove, Jones county.

He was united in marriage to Elsie Siebels, Monticello. Couple lived on a farm northeast of Wyoming, later moving to Onslow, then to Wyoming. He was a painter and resident of Cedar Rapids since 1957.

He was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran church in Wayne township. He was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran church, Cedar Rapids.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Lorraine, Mrs. William Naylor, Cedar Rapids, and Joyce, Mrs. James Becker, Independence; and five grandchildren.

Others include two sisters, Mrs. Pete Elsasser, Long Beach, Calif.; and Mrs. Pat Carr, Cheyenne, Wyo.; six brothers, William, Cedar Rapids; George and Henry, Monticello; Carl, Center Junction; Rudolph, Mechanicsville; and Alfred, Long Beach, Calif.

His parents, a son, and a brother preceded him in death.
