OXFORD JUNCTION--Funeral service was held Monday afternoon for Nathan Fritcher, 72, from his former home in the country and later from the church at Massilon. Mr. Fritcher died Saturday at 5 p.m. of heart disease at the home of his son, Vern Fritcher, Massilon. Nathan Fritcher had been a farmer in Oxford community all his life.

He was born south of Toronto, Oct. 12, 1870, the son of William Henry and Margaret Fritcher. He was married to Lizzie Hamdorf, who preceded him in death. Survivors are three daughters and two sons: Mrs. Frank Hodoval and Mrs. Gale Welty, Oxford Junction, and Mrs. Hattie Wolf, Toronto; and Vern and Ed Fritcher, Massilon; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
