Word has been received here of the death of Blanche Port Runyan following an operation in Phoenix, Arizona, hospital Tuesday. Burial was Thursday, Nov. 13, in Los Angeles, Calif.

She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Port, sr., and the old family home was on South Ford street, Anamosa. Surviving is an adopted daughter, a brother, Glenn, Vinton, and an uncle, Nathan Port, Springville.
