Funeral services for Clifford Arthur, five-month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Arthur, who died Saturday at the University hospital at Iowa City following a mastoid operation was held Monday at 10 a.m. at Smykil's Funeral home.

Rev. E. A. Schlaman, pastor of the First Baptist church, officiated and burial was in Riverside cemetery.

Miss Betty Sigworth sang "In the Garden" and "We Have a Friend in Jesus" during the service.

Boys who served as casketbearers were Max Arthur, Gene Arthur, Stanley Wroblewski and Robert Worblewski.

The infant, who was born March 4, 1941, is survived by his parents and two brothers, Charles Ray and Gary.
