The Rev. Thomas Keating, 52, died Monday, Dec. 10, at Victor. Born May 28, 1927, at Onslow son of Bernard and Margaret Keating.
He graduated from Sacred Heart High School, Monticello, Loras College Dubuque and the Kenrick Theological Seminary, St. Louis, Mo., ordained in 1951 and celebrated his 25 anniversary of his ordination in 1976 at Sacred Heart Catholic church, Oelwein.
He is survived by one brother Louis, Maquoketa, two sisters, Mrs. Regina DeMeulenaere, Victor and Mrs. Joan Morphy, Omaha, Neb. He was preceeded in death by his parents and one brother.
Services were held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at St. Bridget's Church, Victor and at 11:00 a.m. Friday at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, Dubuque. Burial was at Mount Calvalry Cemetery, Dubuque.
