WYOMING--Funeral services for Clifton Robert Grover, Onslow, were held Friday, July 14, at 1:30 p.m., at the Wallace Funeral home, Wyoming. Rev. F. E. Somerville officiated at the service. Burial was in the Wyoming cemetery.

Pallbearers included Kenneth Smith, Blaine Gibson, Clifford Melberg, Ronald Starr, Lowell Starr and Kenneth Starr.

He was born Dec. 2, 1880, son of Hiram and Mary Strong Grover, Fulton, Jackson county, Iowa. Nov. 28, 1905, he was married to Anna Brantmanns, Maquoketa.

Couple was engaged in farming in the Lost Nation and Oxford Junction communities before moving to their present home north east of Onslow six years ago.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Oliver, at home; Elmer, DeWitt; two daughters, Flossie, Mrs. Harold Starr, Thomsen, Ill.; and Olive, Mrs. Reg. Gibson, Wyoming; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, two sisters, one son, Harvey, and one daughter, Della, Mrs. Frank Pegorick.
