IDAHO--Mrs. Julia Witt, 78, Boise, Idaho, former resident of Jones county died Thursday, Oct. 12, in a Boise hospital following a brief illness.

Funeral services were held at Summers chapel in Idaho.

She was born Nov. 17, 1882, in Wisconsin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Lincoln. She spent her girlhood in Jones county on a farm east of Onslow. She resided there until shortly before her marriage to Albert A. Witt in 1913 when they moved to eastern Wyoming.

Couple moved to Star, Idaho, in 1938, and to Boise a few years later. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.

Survivors include two sons, Marlin Witt, Nampa, and Kenneth Witt, Boise; a daughter, Mrs. Fern Allen, Boise; a brother, Arthur Lincoln, Wyoming, Iowa; a sister, Mrs. Viola Byerly, New Smyrna Beach, Fla., formerly a resident of Onslow, Iowa.

Others include two nephews, Robert Lincoln and Lowell Lincoln, Anamosa, Iowa; and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1940.
