OXFORD JUNCTION--Funeral service for Virginia Clampitt, 2 1/2 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Clampitt, living four miles west of Oxford Junction, was held last Wednesday afternoon, with burial in the Olin cemetery.

The child was fatally burned Saturday, March 15, when she fell into a pail of boiling water which her mother was using. She was taken to Mercy hospital in Anamosa but died on Monday. She is survived by 14 brothers and sisters besides her parents.
