OLIN--Mrs. Paul Groth, 76, Olin, died Sunday, Dec. 4, at her home following a lingering illness.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Dec. 7, at the Olin Methodist church. Rev. John R. Schlosser officiated at the service. Burial was in the Olin cemetery. Arrangements were in charge of the Campbell Funeral home.

Pallbearers included Carl Laetare, Marlin Laetare, William Kell, John Kell, Gene Groth and Alan Groth.

Linda Ballou was organist.

She was born Francis Benischek, Nov. 27, 1884, daughter of Nicholas and Mary Benischek, Oxford Junction. She was married to Paul Groth, Aug. 4, 1908, and had lived since that time on their farm just west of Olin.

Survivors include her husband, Paul; three daughters, Alice, Mrs. Carl Laetare; and Clarice, Mrs. William Kell, both of Olin; and Helen Laetare, Hale.

Others include two sisters, Mrs. Anna Martens, Anamosa; and Mrs. Alfred Groth, Olin; two brothers, Martin Benischek, Aspinwall; and Henry Benischek, Wyoming; a daughter-in-law, Helen, Olin; and nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and her son, Floyd.
