Martin Kenny, one of the oldest settlers of Washington Township, Jones County, and a brother of the late Michael Kenny, died at the family residence last Saturday night.

He was born in the parish of Kilconnale, County Galway, Ireland, in 1810. He was an industrious, honest and respected citizen, and leaves to mourn his death a wife and eight children.
The funeral took place on Tuesday at Temple Hill from St. Peter’s Church. The Rv. W. J. Convery officiating
