Frank A. Norton, 62, an Olin native, died Saturday, April 22, at his home at 15 El Caminto, Vallejo, California, after a short illness.

Funeral services were held in Vallejo at 2 p.m., on Tuesday, April 25, at the Wiggins Funeral Home. Rev. Danny R. Hill, pastor of the Castlewood Baptist Church, conducted the service. Burial was in the Sunrise Memorial Cemetery.

He was born at Olin September 25, 1915 the son of Harry and Pauline Von Roden Norton. He was a Vallejo resident for the past 30 years. He was co-owner of Norton Auto Sales in Vallejo. He was married to Madonna Cole on April 1, 1950. She died September 1, 1971. He married Bernice Singleton in 1972.

He is survived by his wife, Bernice; three children, Allen Norton, of Napa, California; two daughters, Jeanne Norton and Connie Hadiburg, Vallejo; one grandson, Todd Norton, Napa; one step-daughter, Mrs. Donna Ralke, San Francisco, California; one step-son, Randy Singleton, Vallejo; his mother, Mrs. Pauline Zeadow, Olin; five sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Byers, Tipton; Mrs. Analee Schaefer, Morley; Mrs. Marie McDonald, Cedar Rapids; Mrs. Irene Vlk, Hiawatha, and Mrs. Dorothy Dundee, Baldwin.

He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Glen.
