Frank B. Keltner, 51, Anamosa, died unexpectedly on Sunday, May 29.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 31, at 10:30 a.m., at the Goettsch Funeral home, Anamosa. Burial was in the West Lin cemetery, Linden.

He was born Sept. 26, 1908. He was married to Esther Chambers, 1930, at Adel. They lived near Linden until 1941 when they moved to Anamosa.

He was a veteran of World war II. He served in the armed forces from 1944 to 1946. He was a member of the American Legion, Anamosa.

Survivors include his wife, Esther; his mother, Mrs. Emma Keltner, Linden; one son, James Keltner, serving in the United States Navy, Portsmouth, N.H.; one daughter, Joan, Mrs. Elbridge Keith, Anamosa.

Others include one brother, Berle Keltner, Redfield; one sister, Mrs. Hazel Dunbar, Des Moines, and three grandchildren.
