Funeral services were held Saturday morning, March 12th, for Dorothy Perryman Burch, 65, at the Turner Chapel East. Officiating was the Rev. John Osborn, Center Junction. Burial was in the Cedar Memorial Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.

Mrs. Burch was formerly of Cedar Rapids and the widow of George Burch. She died Wednesday, March 9, 1977, at the Jackson County Public Hospital, Maquoketa, following a short illness.

She was born December 11, 1911 at Center Junction. She and Mr. Burch managed the tavern in Center Junction. Mrs. Burch was a member of the Cedar Chapter #184 OES.
