William L. Leeper, 39, of rural Lowden, died Monday, June 7th in his home.

Services were held Wednesday, June 9th at Hayden Funeral Home, Wyoming. Burial was at Wilcox Cemetery, Viola. Pallbearers were Paul Schmalfeld, Jim Quick, Don Bittles, George Clark, Gary Baker and Jim Mizaur.

William Leeper was born in Wyoming on May 23, 1937, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Leeper. In January, 1957, he married Kathleen Burda. He graduated from Oxford Jct. Cons. School. He worked for the State Highway Comm., Mizaur Lines of Oxford Jct. as a truck driver, Bixler Bros. of Clarence, and Quad City Const. until becoming self-employed.

He is survived by three sons, Brent, Al and Kris, one daughter, Kimberly all of Oxford Junction; his mother, Mrs. FLo Leeper of Wyoming; a sister, Mrs. Lois Lietz of Oxford Jct.; a brother, James Leeper of Clarence; his grand mother, Mrs. Rose Westphal of Wyoming and fiance, Kay Beck of Lowden.
