Anamosa, Ia., Jan 11--The funeral of William Foggarty was held at St. Patrick's church Monday morning. Mr. Foggarty lived near Prairieburg and came to Mercy hospital some weeks ago for treatments which did not succeed in restoring him to health. He died Saturday morning and his remains were taken to the residence of his brother-in-law, Maurice Fay, until the time of the funeral services. Mr. Foggarty was about 58 years old and was highly respected by a large circle of friends. He is survived by his wife, who was a Miss Sarah Fay. Mr. and Mrs. Foggarty had no children.
