page 4Willard Lewis Wright, 79, passed away September 16, 1973 at St. Lukes Hospital in Cedar Rapids.
Mr. Wright was born near Toddville, Iowa on March 5, 1894, the son of Joseph and Phebe Blaine Wright.
He was married to Sarah Morris on August 4, 1915 near Toddville; six children were born of the marriage. The Wright's lived and farmed in Linn and Jones county and retired in 1959.
Mr. Wright was preceded in death by his wife in 1968, his parents, 3 brothers, 1 sister and 1 granddaughter.
Survivors include 3 daughter, Mrs. Clarence (Mildred) Luckstedt of Wyoming, Mrs. Walter (Dorothy) Denison of Lisbon, Gladys of Wyoming, 3 sons, Louis of Wyoming, Raymond of Hiawatha, Donald of Wyoming, 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters, Mrs. Lydia Deal of Cedar Rapids, and Mrs. Irene Morris of Toddville.
