Maquoketa, Iowa, May 17--Denton Stimpson received word on Sunday of the death of his brother, Ira at his home in Minneapolis, Saturday, May 13 at 12 o'clock. He was born July 14th, in the early sixties.

Mr. Stimpson was enjoying good health until the early part of last winter, when he contracted a bad cold at the burial of his father, and all that medical skill and devoted attention by his immediate family could accomplish proved to no avail.

Deceased leaves to mourn his death a wife, one sister, Miss Maloa of Minneapolis, two brothers, Denton of this city and Arch of Seattle, Wash.

Funeral services will be held at the home of Will Paul at Onslow, Ia., tomorrow, and interment will be made in the Onslow cemetery.
