Hotel in Oxford, Iowa

My great grandfather, John Jacobs, immigrated to Oxford, Iowa in 1872. He was born 3/30/1848 in Germany and married 2/13/1875 in Marengo, Iowa Co., Iowa to Mary Catherine Weber. When searching the census records for 1870 I found a Puella (spelling could be incorrect) Jacobs age 26 living with a Floerchinger family and several others. I believe it is Andrew Floerchinger that is listed as Keeping "Houtel". On the 1880 census it lists the same family and his occupation was "resterant" and a Paul and Christina Jacobs (75 and 68 respectively) were living with this family. The names of John Jacobs parents were Paul and Christine Jacobs. Any information about the families or the hotel/restuarant would be appreciated.
