Joseph and Anna Stouffer

I'm looking for descendants of Joseph Crane and Anna E. Stouffer (m. ca1871). They were natives of Pennsylvania but moved to Iowa City in the early 1870s. They had three children, Sarah Amelia ("Millie"), Clarinda ("Rinda") Iowa and Frank B.
Millie married Maurice Taylor and had three children; Rinda married Eddie Spraker and had two children (that I know of). I have family photos of all of these people. I received them from descendants of who I believe to be Anna E.'s sister in Pennsyslvania. Among other things, I'd like to determine Anna's date of death so that I can see if the death record lists her maiden name.
I believe she died sometime in or around 1915. She would have been nearly 80 at the time.
