There are two cemeteries in the city of Solon, plus several in the rural area surrounding it. Your best bet may be to find a book that lists who is buried in Johnson County (I know it exists. I've seen it at the Historical Society in Iowa City. It was done in the 70s, so it's not TOTALLY up to date, but...) Anyway, that book would give you an idea of where to look. A lot of the rural churches in the area had their own cemeteries, especially the catholic churches. Good luck with your search. ~Melissa
