Frank Hunzinger and Family

I am searching for information regarding the birth parents of Frank "Pat" William Hunzinger, born on October 28, 1919 in Iowa City. His adoptive parents were Frank E. and Effie (Chadek) Hunzinger, owners of Hunzinger Construction Company, and the younger Frank was their only child. Their is some chance that the younger Frank was the biological son of the older Frank and another woman. The birth mother's surname is believed to be Patterson, which is how the younger Frank obtained the nickname "Pat." The younger Frank went on to marry Donna Schroeder in Louisville, Kentucky and lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for the last few decades before his death in 1965.
