marriage lookup for Capitola Z. Wise and GeorgeW. Loy

Capitola Z. Wise married George W. Loy March 8, 1887 in Iowa City, Johnson Co. Ia. I would like to know the names of her parents if they are listed on the marriage certificate. I find her in the 1880 Pleasant Valley, Johnson Co. Ia census living with her grandparents Jesse R. and Julia A.
Wise. I especially would like to know the name of her father as I am a Wise descendant. Thank you for any help you can give me.
