I am looking for someone to research and be able to help read the Mormon microfilms I bought and are at the Iowa City Church.They are for the area in Pommerania and I can come up with a lot of the names of the people who settled in Sharon Center. There are the surnames of people who are buried in the cemetery. I am trying to make a connection with people who stood up with my Dad when he was baptized at that church in 1887. I am pretty sure they were related or attended the same church over there (Muttrin/Dobel). Is there a German group here in Johnson County doing research. I am pretty homebound on oxygen.
