August Burr, born 1846 Mecklenburg, Germany. Was to have been in Johnson Co. during the 1870's. Was married to Marie Schalow born 1853, daughter of John Schalow. I think this John is also father of a John Schalow born ca 1844, Mecklenburg and died in Iowa Co. in 1880. August moved to Audubon Co as did John Schalow born 1813. Am trying to prove the relationship of a Henrietta Schalow born 1841( also found in Audubon) to this older John. Would appreciate any information. 24 Jan 2002
