When I walked the St. Joseph Cemetery in Iowa City, I do remember a John Shea tombstone in addition to my g-g-grandfather John Shea (1832-1906) grave. I don't remember the exact dates but it seems to me this other John Shea was about the same age as mine. I do remember there were other Sheas in the back corner of the cemetery and I can not connect these Sheas to my family. I also remember there was a Cornelius Shea and an M.F. Shea nearby. I've always wondered if they are connected to my family in some way.
