Lookup Needed in Index to 1859 landowners map, Johnson Co IA

I am trying to find someone who has a copy of the publication "Index to 1859 landowners map, Johnson County, Iowa - Iowa City Genealogical Society (Iowa City, Iowa)"

At some point very early in my research before I started sourcing things, I made a note that in 1859 Joseph TITUS was listed as a property owner in Section 34, Fremont Twp, Johnson Co IA.
I think this information may have come from this book, and need to know if it gives more specifics in regard to the actual property location. Or if someone actually has the 1859 Plat Map (not the index) who could see if they could locate this I would be greatly appreciative.

I will be going to Iowa this summer and will be in that area would like to see if I can get a rough idea of where this family resided.
