Elias at St Peter & Paul

ELIAS, ELISH, EYLEIS

I am trying to locate any birth or death records on my grandfather, Frank (or Franz or Franticek or Frantisek) Elias (or Elish or Eyleis) who was born in Czechoslovakia in about 1840 and died in about 1904. Family lore says he was buried in the St Peter and Paul Cemetery near Solon but the church has no record of him. Also Frank and his wife Mary
(or Marie) Elias had twin girls named Emma (or Emily) and Mary (or Marie)that were born about 1880 and died of diphtheria at about age 8 or 10. They are also supposedly buried at SP&P but again the church cemetery board has no record of this. I would like to find any data regarding the birth of the twins or of the death of the twins and my grandfather.

Thanks for any help anyone may be able to provide.
