As many Bohemian cemetaries were associated with Catholic parishes you might try St. Ludmilla's in Cedar Rapids (less than 10 miles from Swisher). They may be able to direct you to a source. Have you also tried to find out via the Czech National Museum which is in Cedar Rapids?
