Fred Abbott was born in Iowa City, IA in 1870/71 he raised a family there. He divorced between 1915-1920. He remained in the Iowa City Area.
He had an interest in horses and raising of horses, however his occupation was that of a bartender most of the time. He died in Iowa City July 24, 1928.

I would like to verify that death date - find an obituary - and know where his burial site is!

It is also important for his descendants to find a photograph of Fred.
