I am tying to get any info on my Great Uncle David Renfrew Spence, that died in Iowa City.
Had place a written request and was denied due to the fact he had not been dead for a 100 years?
He died in 1954.
All I wanted was his cause of death.
I have all his family information.
We have no idea what he did for a living, or even if he had a family. My Grandmother died not knowing what happened to her brother, or where he was buried.
I am doing this for a medical history for my Granddaughter that has diabeties, and suffers from Bi-polar disorder as well.
Can some one direct me in the write direcion.
