"Elizabeth" here, is almost certainly the same as "Liddie" from the 1880 census.

Getting into contact with the person who posted this may be useful. The 1900 Census shows the Frank/Ferdinan Ratzlaff family still in Sharon Twp, Johnson County.

It would be good if you could find someone who has access to ancestry.com to find the family in the 1885 and 1895 census. This would help with Sophia.

If you are more specific with your request, rather than more general, you may have better results. For instance, "Can anyone do a lookup for the 1885 Iowa state census for the Ratzlaff family?" This is less daunting for folks.

Also, I wonder if Jannah RATZLOFF, age 11 is the same as "Joan" that you refer to?
