Death notice for Eli Butler

Who can I contact about getting an obituary for Eli Butler. Eli Butler is buried in Sandtown Cemetery, Pleasant Valley, Iowa. Eli is a Civil War veteran, he was a Prisoner of War at Vicksburg May 1863, and mustered out July 1865 in Savannah Georgia.
I find Eli Butler in the 1910 Federal Census in Pleasant Valley Twp., Johnson Co., Iowa. I don't find him on the 1920 Census. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I live in Indiana.
