John Paul Driver/Sarah Ann Chadwick marriage look up

Help !!!!!! I live in Pa and am unable to access Johnson Co. marriage records . I was wondering if someone could do a look up for me . John Paul Driver married Sarah Ann Chadwick on 17 Sept 1862 in Johnson County, Iowa . I'm hoping to get additional info about these people (such as parents' names, places of birth) from that record .
During the Civil War, John Paul Driver served as a 2nd Lieu with the 28th Iowa Inf Co G . Military records show that he gave his residence as Marengo . John Paul Driver was born in Pa in 1829 . He died in Md in1902 . thanks in advance . Any help is greatly appreciated .-----maggie
