in search of biological brother & sister

i was born at the Annie Whitmeyer home on July 24, 1964. It states my mother was mentally disturbed and father unknown and two older children; one boy and one girl. i am 42 now so my brother and sister are probably 56-64years old. I was just wondering if anyone could research anything for me.
