Hello I'm a volunteer with the Search for the Grunion. The USS GRUNION was a WWII submarine that went missing in July, 1942. One of the lost sailors was Sidney Arthur Loe who listed his siter as next of kin.

Maude Loe, b/May 9, 1911 and d/Nov 7, 1994 in Iowa City.

A search for the Grunion is currently underway and we wish to share this news with the families of all the crewmen. Any help is appreciated.
