Friends and relatives of Yaro Wingler of Riverside were shocked Sunday evening to hear of his death, he being seriously ill only a few days prior to his death and the end came as a great shock to all who knew him. Spanish influenza developing into pneumonia was the cause. He leaves to mourn his loss his young wife, (formerly Miss Hilda Schoebelen, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Joe Schnoebelen), his parents Mr. & Mrs. Joe Wingler and one brother Edward besides a host of relatives and friends. Funeral was held privately with burial in the catholic cemetery at Riverside.

RIVERSIDE - The grim reaper called another young man of this vicinity to his eternal reward Sunday afternoon, October 13. Yaro Wingler, who has been ill with pneumonia the past few days, succumbed to the inevitable at his home a mile and a half southwest of town.

Deceased was born near Riverside, and has spent all of his life in this locality. He was the eldest son of Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Wingler, the latter of whom passed away over ten years ago. On Sept 20, 1914, he was united in marriage to Miss Hilda Schnoebelen, who mourns the loss of a loving husband.

Besides his sorrowing widow, he is survived by his father, Joseph Wingler, a brother Edward Wingler and two half-sisters, all of this place. The funeral will be held Monday afternoon from his late home.
