DAVID STIMMEL DIES IN PUEBLO, COLO
David Stimmel died Saturday morning at the home of his daughter in Pueblo, Colorado, where he had been making his home. The remains will arrive this afternoon and be taken to the home of Mrs. Alfred Stimmel, 202 east Davenport Street, where the funeral will be held tomorrow at 2 o’clock. Interment will be in Oakland cemetery.

Mr. Stimmel was about 80 years old and had lived in Iowa City about 40 years. Surviving is his daughter, Mrs. Hattie Douglass Stimmel of Pueblo, Colorado, a graduate of the Iowa City high school, of the Liberal Arts college S.U.I., who also received her B. Pa. degree at S.U.I in 1890 and later was a member of the college of Fine Arts faculty and a son, Dr. Edward Clifton Stimmel, class of 1902 college of Dentistry, S.U.I. One brother, C.W. Stimmel, of Iowa City also survives.
