PETERSEIM FUNERAL SERVICE, KALONA, IOWA

Johns A. Miller, son of Joel J. and Amelia (Yoder) Miller was born at the family home in Johnson County. He departed this life as a result of a highway accident 1 3/4 miles north of Kalona. He was ordained a minister of the Old Order Amish Church on October 23, 1937.

On November 30, 1922 he was married to Lydia Shettler, who preceded him in death on January 7, 1938. To this union were born three daughters: Mrs. Perry (Mabel) Bontrager, Mrs. John A. (Mary) Yoder and Mrs. Franklin (Ada) Yoder, all of Kalona; three sons: Lloyd of Nashwalk, Minnesota, Ernest of Omaha, Nebraska and Ora of Sarasota, Florida. Also surviving are 20 grandchildren, one brother, Ezra Miller, and one sister, Mrs. John S. (Lena) Yoder of Kalona.

The family of John A. Miller wishes to express their appreciation and thanks to everyone for the many acts of kindness, expressions of sympathy and thoughtfulness during their time of bereavement.
