Mrs. Horace Robertson, a pioneer of Johnson county, passed away in Scott township, aged 75, Monday evening. She had lived here 57 years. Surviving are four children--Mrs. Ida Rose, Henry D. Robertson, Mrs. Lizzie Westcott at whose home Mrs. Robertson had been living, Johnson county; and Mrs. Julia Chamberlain, North Dakota.

The funeral took place yesterday at 2:30 o'clock, from the Brick Chapel, Rev. Coover officiating.

Mrs. Robertson was well known throughout the country, and was held in high esteem by a large circle of friends, who will deeply mourn her death, even though she had passed the three score and ten. -- Iowa City Repbulican.
