Cornelius Yoder

Cornelius Yoder, one of the pioneer settlers in Iowa County, north of Wellman, died last Friday at Myersdale, Pennsylvania. A short time ago he had gone on a visit with relatives and friends in the east. He had visited for a while in Fulton county, Ohio, and in company with a relative from there had gone on to Pennsylvania. His death occurred very suddenly last Friday. He leaves several grown up sons and daughters, but his wife had preceded him to the better world several years before.
His remains arrived at Wellman Monday and the funeral was held Tuesday at the Upper Deer Creek _______. Interment was made in the cemetery nearby.
