Agnes E. Joyce, 98, of Chicago, IL, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 14, 2015. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 am on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at St. Monica Catholic Church, Chicago. Visitation will be from 3-8 pm on Friday at Gibbons Family Funeral Home, 5917 W. Irving Park Rd. in Chicago. Burial will be at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

Loving aunt of Sister Agnes Giblin, BVM, Mary Noel, Terese (Mark) Parr, Thomas (Brenda), James (Carla), Barbara (Jeff) Segota, Patrick (Barbara), Sue, and the late James Giblin and Michael; dear great aunt to many; fond sister of the late Margaret, Mary, Julia (the late James) Giblin, and Thomas (the late Rosemary); cherished daughter of the late Thomas and Mary nee Heneghan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to The Sisters of Charity, BVM, or to St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Iowa City.
